Refund and Satisfaction Policy
Option 1 – No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@nihsupp.com and provide details about the product and the defect. You may send the item you consider defective to the following address:

Once we receive the returned product, we will carefully examine it and notify you by email within a reasonable timeframe whether the defect qualifies you for a refund or replacement. If you are eligible, we will either replace the product or refund the purchase price using the original method of payment.
Refunds do not cover shipping and handling fees shown on the packing slip or invoice. All return shipping costs must be prepaid, and you are responsible for insurance costs. You assume responsibility for any loss or damage during shipping. We cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Refund amounts will not include delivery costs.
Option 2 – Returns Accepted
We accept returns. You may return unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase, provided you present a receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase date, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Once we receive the returned product, we will carefully inspect it and notify you by email within a reasonable timeframe whether you are eligible for a refund. If approved, we will issue a refund using the original method of payment. A 15% restocking fee may apply. In this case, shipping costs will NOT be refunded.
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
