This is a nicely rounded collagen powder with a substantial 10 g of hydrolyzed collagen peptides per serving. I also like the strawberry-lemonade flavour, which makes it a more interesting option than another plain collagen powder, especially for mixing into cold water.The additional ingredients are particularly good. Each serving includes 300 mg of vitamin C, 120 mg of hyaluronic acid, 300 mcg of biotin and 3 mg of zinc, giving it a much more complete formula than collagen alone. Reviewing supplements is an odd thing, so I am gonna start as I always do with... I am not any kind of medically trained personal.And secondly, every person reacts differently to things ingested.. so what works for me may not work the same for you. And finally most supplements don't make an impact in under a month. Therefore I am not going to speak a lot on these things. You've likely already read all the claims of benefits before you got down here to reviews. I will touch on other consistent things.. like for example the size, taste, amount etcOk I received this some time ago but was taking something else so had to wait till finished. I've been taking it about 2 weeks so far. I am gonna start with I love the taste! It actually really tastes like strawberry lemonade. I have it over ice.. its lovely. Depending on how much water I put in... it can taste a bit watered down. But if you like strawberry lemonade your gonna love this.. No weird after taste.. nothing. Its a fair size scoop. Which is fine as I said love the taste.. There's about a month and a half's worth of powder. The only complaint I could think of is the product page claims it easy to mix. I can't back that up, it is a bit of a pain mixing, clumpy... now I use my frother to mix it LOL. As I mentioned initially, I was taking another collagen supplement prior. I mention this just to say its only been two weeks, since I switched to this, but if it wasn't good.. (the other stuff is likely out of my system and I am working only with this now..) and I haven't noticed any decline in my conditions.. so its as good, and given more time it may be even better. It is jam packed with things for a total treatment. Of course the Collagen for glowing skin, strong hair & nails, and most important in my books, flexible joints. Then there is also Biotin, Zinc, Vitamin C, and Hyaluronic Acid. So its all covered.. hair, teeth, gums, skin, joints, bones, cartlidge, energy metabolism, and tissue formation. What there is not, is sugar. Stevia is the sweetener. And finally and this is important, to me anyway ... its made here in Canada. And has a NPN #
